Presenting... Tudor's Grace in Malabrigo Lace, Hummingbird Colorway.
Yet another picture taken in what I'm coming to think of as my 'shawl tree' in the front yard. At 245 yards, it's just short of the yardage requirements for the 10 shawls in 2010, but it was a fun knit. It's already whisked its way home as a thank you gift to Sweet Pea's preschool teacher from last term. This was the first time I tried malabrigo and I was hooked. I mean, really. Spongy, springy laceweight? Fwah? Really? And thus I ordered the pink worsted that I posted earlier this week. And I may or may not have three more colors of worsted in my Loopy Ewe cart right now...

This is how much of the Pfeiffer Falls Hooded scarf I can knit while watching three episodes of Avatar; The Last Airbender. It is also, coincidentally, how much Malabrigo it takes to make me wonder why I ever knit with any other yarn. Seriously. I can't believe this is my first time knitting with this yarn.
